Condition:
- Well-maintained with leather polish
- No obvious signs of wear and tear (there are no kids in my home and the chair is rarely moved)
- This is REAL LEATHER. It will naturally have lines, creases and folds, and looks 'worn-in'. If you do not understand or appreciate this, please do NOT buy.
Reason for selling: I'm changing to a recliner (getting lazy)
